Our non-pole fitness classes are a great compliment to pole dance training and a challenging workout or stretching session for anyone! No experience necessary!

Stretch/Flex

Elongate your moves, develop your splits, and find those pointed feet with progressive stretching techniques. Come move your joints and feel alive!

ChairDance Fit
Have you ever thought about trying a chair dance class? Come ready to boost your self-confidence and burn some calories with a dance/fitness combo! Build strength and endurance while learning moves, combos, and routines with the chair as our work-out partner.  It’s so fun, you will never know you are “exercising”!

 

Open to all levels!
If this is your first class, use the special promotional code “intro8” when you register and only pay $8. This code may be used for one Beginner PoleDance OR ChairDance Fit.
You must register and use the code before coming to class. Unregistered drop-ins will not be allowed to participate.

Open Practice
Focus on your favorite practice of pole moves, floor work, chair moves, or other routine with the supervision of an instructor. New moves will not be taught in this session. You will be responsible for your own warm-up. Please share the safety mat generously with your fellow polerinas and look for guidence from the instructor when offering help to others.

Class Pricing
