Our Studio Policies

Inside the Studio

No food is permitted inside the studio (you may eat in the waiting area).

No smoking is allowed in any area of the building.

Remain in the waiting areas until your scheduled class time. This is very important when there is a class in session prior to your class.

Please take conversations to the waiting area during classes that are in session.

No drug or alcohol use is permitted before or during group classes or private events.

Return all equipment to storage areas when finished with them. Please ask the staff if you are unsure of where to return your items.

Photo/video is allowed of yourself only.

Keep conversations to a minimum during classes, but please ask questions to the instructor as needed!

Do not assist fellow students without the guidance of an instructor.

Cancellations

Group Classes:

New cancellation policy: You may cancel free of charge up to 3 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than three hours in advance and no-shows will be assessed a $5 fee or class pass deduction. Cancellations are not accepted through email or phone messages.

 

Private Events:

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for private events. Your initial deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future booking.

Privacy

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. we will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information.

When you make a purchase with us, we collect this information only to conduct business with you at our studio.

When you register, you are required to enter an e-mail address and password. The combination of that e-mail account and password is used to ensure that only you have access to, and only you have the ability to modify your personal information through Bookeo software.

Vertical Bliss Fitness will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: 1) as needed for studio busines; 2) if required to do so by law or comply with legal process; or 3) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
